Aria Nova Music Festival

Aria Nova is a classical music festival dedicated to showcasing emerging modern classical composers. The festival celebrates innovation within the classical genre and gives a platform to small, lesser-known artists whose work evokes imagination, emotion, and new perspectives on what classical music can be.
My goal for this project was to capture the mystical journey that composers bring to their audiences through sound. Each poster in the series interprets a featured composer’s world through illustration with a Swiss graphic layout. The logo is inspired by a musical symbol called the “mordent”, which is a quick decorative flourish in music that fits best with the name and theme.
